THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 4, 2018 (the “Restatement Date”) by and between ENDOLOGIX, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Mr. Vaseem Mahboob (the “Executive”), to amend and restate the Employment Agreement, dated as of October 15, 2015 (the “Original Effective Date”), by and between Company and Executive (the “Original Agreement”). The Company and Executive agree that until the Restatement Date, the terms of the Original Agreement shall be in effect, and as of the Restatement Date, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
