This sublicense agreement (“Agreement”) is effective March 20, 2008 (“Effective Date”), by and between HFTA, a California corporation, having its principal place of business at 2424 Covey Way, Livermore, California 94550-6803 (“HFTA”), CleanTech Biofuels Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 7386 Pershing Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63130 (“CTB”), and SRS Energy, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CTB (“SUBLICENSEE”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
