Mittman (the "Collateral Agent"), and the parties identified on Schedule A hereto (each, individually, a "Lender" and collectively, the "Lenders"), who hold or will acquire convertible promissory notes issued or to be issued by Ceragenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
