THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER (the “Agreement”) is made as of March 29, 2013, by and among Java Express, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Parent”); Anew Acquisition Corp., a Utah corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Subsidiary”); and ANEW LIFE, INC., a Utah corporation (“Company”).
