Third Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of April 1, 2022, among Mohegan Expo Center, LLC (the “Guarantor”), the Authority (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein), the Tribe (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as successor in interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to herein (the “Trustee”).
