SECOND AMENDMENT TO GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is dated and made effective as of May 26, 2003 and is made and entered into by and between 21 STARS, LTD., a Nevada limited-liability company (“Landlord”) and COAST HOTELS AND CASINOS, INC., a Nevada corporation (“Tenant”).
