(“Biomet”), an Indiana corporation, and affiliate of Biomet, Inc., having its principal offices at 56 East Bell Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, and ThermoGenesis Corp., (“TGC”), a Delaware corporation having its principal offices at 2711 Citrus Road, Rancho Cordova, California 95742.
