This BOARD OF DIRECTORS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between Cyber App Solutions Corp, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), and Tralisa Maraj (the “Director”), provides for director services and shall become effective upon May 9, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), according to the following terms and conditions:
