THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 17, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TC FEDERAL BANK, a federal savings association, (the “Bank”) and MICHAEL PENNEY (“Executive”).
