This Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of May 25, 2023, is entered into by and between GAVIN MACBEATH (the “Executive” or “you”) and TScan Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation and replaces and supersedes all other employment agreements and understandings between the Executive and Company except as otherwise set forth herein.
