This Executive Change in Control and Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between ____________________ (“Executive”) and Getaround, Inc. Unless otherwise renewed in the Company’s discretion, this Agreement shall terminate on the three (3) year anniversary of the Effective Date.
