THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TC FEDERAL BANK, a federal savings association, (the “Bank”) and SCOTT MCLEAN (“Executive”).
