This NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 23, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (“Vertex”) and CRISPR Therapeutics AG (“CRISPR”).
