THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 27, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TC FEDERAL BANK, a federal savings association (the “Bank”) and GREG EIFORD, a resident of Georgia (“Executive”). The Bank and Executive are sometimes hereinafter referred to, collectively, as the “Parties” and, individually, as a “Party.”
