THIS THIRTEENTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED SENIOR SECURED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 19, 2022 (this “Amendment”), to the Existing Credit Agreement (capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in Article I) is among SIXTH STREET SPECIALTY LENDING, INC.
