This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of March 6, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) between DESTINATION XL GROUP, INC. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021 (“DXLG” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and ANTHONY J. GAETA (the “Executive”) having an address at 14 Quail Run Road, Bridgewater, MA 02324.
