This SUPPLEMENTAL EXECUTIVE RETIREMENT PLAN (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 28th day of May, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and among TC FEDERAL BANK, a Georgia bank (the “Bank”), and LINDA PALMER (the “Executive”). Capitalized terms used herein are defined in Section 10 of this Agreement.

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 22, 2022, by and between TC FEDERAL BANK, a Georgia bank (the “Bank”) and NATHAN HIGDON, a resident of Georgia (“Executive”). The Bank and Executive are sometimes hereinafter referred to, collectively, as the “Parties” and, individually, as a “Party.”
