This Third Amendment to Master Security Agreement No. 5081099 (this “Third Amendment”) is entered into as of June 23, 2010, by and between OXFORD FINANCE CORPORATION (“Secured Party”) and TENGION, INC. ("Debtor"). Secured Party has an office at 133 N. Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Debtor is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware.
