THIS EIGHTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF GASLOG PARTNERS LP, dated as of July 21, 2023, is entered into by and between GasLog Partners GP LLC, a Marshall Islands limited liability company, as the General Partner and the Limited Partners, together with any other Persons who become Partners in the Partnership or parties hereto as provided herein, and is effective as of the Effective Time.
