Ridgeline Blvd., Suite 103, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 (“Borrower”), Corvus Gold Inc., a British Columbia corporation with an address of 700 West Pender, Suite 1750, Vancouver, BC, V6C 1G8 Canada (“Guarantor”), and Corvus Gold Nevada Inc., a Nevada corporation with an address of 9088 S. Ridgeline Blvd., Suite 103, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 (“Subsidiary”). Lender, Borrower, Guarantor, and Subsidiary are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and in the plural as the “Parties”. Borrower, Guarantor, and Subsidiary are referred to in this Agreement collectively as the “Corvus Group”.
