THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of April 16, 2007 by and between [Fund Agent Entity] (“Fund Agent”), the [transfer agent] for the XYZ Fund family of funds (the “Funds”), Distributors, Inc. (“Distributor”) (as referred together, Fund Agent and Distributor are “XYZ”), and Farmers New World Life Insurance Company, an insurance company domiciled in the State of Washington, (“Intermediary”), with an effective date of October 16, 2007.
