THIS MASTER CREDIT FACILITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 27th day of February, 2009, by and among (i) (a) CMF 15 PORTFOLIO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (b) such Additional Borrowers as may from time to time become borrowers under this Agreement (individually and collectively, “Borrower”), (ii) COLONIAL REALTY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Guarantor”), and (iii) PNC ARCS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lender”).
