THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 6, 2007 by and between Luminex Corporation, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Luminex”), Tm Bioscience Corporation, a corporation governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario (“Tm”) and Jeremy Bridge-Cook (“Executive”), and shall become effective only on the date (the “Effective Date”) of the closing, if and when such closing occurs, of the acquisition of Tm by Luminex.
