This Asset Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of September 5, 2006, by and between SUNAIR COMMUNICATIONS, INC., an Florida corporation (“Seller”), and SUNAIR HOLDINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Buyer”).
