This PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made and entered into as of June 29, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Tumbleweed Communications Corp., a Delaware corporation with its principal offices located at 700 Saginaw Drive, Redwood City, California 94063 (fax: 650-216-2001) (“Licensor”), and CyberGuard Corporation, a Florida corporation with its principal offices located at 350 SW 12th Avenue, Deerfield Beach, Florida 33442 (fax: (954) 375-3501) (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
