THIS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is dated as of May 23, 2003, and is entered into by and between EBS BUILDING, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Owner”), and COLLIERS TURLEY MARTIN TUCKER CO., a Missouri corporation(“Manager”).
