Expiration Date: The tenth anniversary of the Grant Date, subject to earlier termination upon (i) the 90th day after Awardee’s Severance Date (as such term is defined in the Plan) or (ii) any other date, whether before or after such 90th day, on which this Grant terminates under the Award Agreement or pursuant to the provisions of the Plan.
