THIS SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 12th day of May, 2008 (the “Agreement Date”), between JAMES E. THIS CONSULTANT AGREEMENT (“Consultant Agreement”) is entered into by and between BELL MICROPRODUCTS INC., a California corporation, for itself and its subsidiaries (“Bell”), having its principal place of business at 1941 Ringwood Avenue, San José, California 95131-1721 and JAMES E.
