THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered on May 1, 2006, but to be effective in all respects as of May 1, 2006 (hereinafter the “Effective Date”), by and between Viseon, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the state of Nevada, (“the Company” or “Viseon”), and Sean Belanger, an individual resident of Largo, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”).
