This Settlement Agreement and Releases (the “Agreement”) is made as of September 20, 2005, between Stuart H. Wolff (“Wolff”) and Homestore, Inc., formerly known as Homestore.com, Inc. (“Homestore”). Wolff and Homestore are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties”.
