This SECOND ADDENDUM TO AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Second Addendum") is effective as of March 25th, 2003, by and among PANHANDLE ROYALTY COMPANY, an Oklahoma corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Panhandle"), WOOD OIL COMPANY, an Oklahoma corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Wood Oil"), and the surviving constituent corporation resulting from a merger with PHC, INC.
