THIS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2003 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Centex Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada (“Centex”), and Cavco Industries, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Cavco”).
