STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) dated May 18, 2007, among GLOBAL LOGISTICS ACQUISITION CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”), THE CLARK GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and JOEL R.
