Century Avenue, Suite 102, Bismarck, ND 58503, MPF BAYFIELD ACQUISITION, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Buyer”) having an office c/o Mackenzie Patterson Fuller, Inc., 1640 School Street, Moraga, CA 94556 and MACKENZIE PATTERSON FULLER, INC., a California corporation having an office at 1640 School Street, Moraga, CA 94556 (“Guarantor”).
