THIS DECLARATION OF TRUST AND TRUST AGREEMENT (this “Declaration or Trust”) of the Campbell Fund Trust (the “Trust”) is made and entered into this 2nd day of January, 1996 by and among Delaware Trust Capital Management, Inc., a Delaware banking corporation, as trustee (the “Trustee”), Campbell and Company, Inc., a Maryland corporation (as “Managing Operator”) and each other party who shall execute a counterpart of this Declaration of Trust as an owner of a Unit (“Unit”) of beneficial interest of the Trust (individually, a “Unitholder” and, collectively, the “Unitholders”).

Each part of this Agreement must be completed by the subscriber and by execution thereof subscriber acknowledges that the managing operator, the Trust, and any participating broker-dealers are relying upon the accuracy and completeness hereof in complying with their respective obligations under applicable securities laws.
