THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 16, 2002, but shall only come into force and effect on the date of Closing as defined in the Stock Purchase Agreement dated 8 May 2002 between MIHL, OTV Holdings Limited, Liberty Media Corporation and LDIG OTV Inc.
