This is an amendment to that certain Employment Agreement dated November 25, 2002 between JOHN KALINICH (hereinafter referred to as the “Executive”) and DECKERS OUTDOOR CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
