This Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of September 7, 2005, is among the lending institutions from time to time party hereto (such financial institutions, together with their respective successors and assigns, are referred to hereinafter each individually as a “Lender” and collectively as the “Lenders”), Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders (in its capacity as administrative agent, the “Administrative Agent”), Mercury Air Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent”), and each of its subsidiaries party from time to time hereto (such subsidiaries, together with the Parent, are referred to hereinafter each individually as a “Borrower” and collectively as the “Borrowers”) and each of the other Obligated Parties (as hereinafter defined) signatory to this Agreement.
