THIS FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS PARTNERS L.P. dated effective as of October 1, 2004, is entered into by and among Enterprise Products GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the General Partner, and the Limited Partners as provided herein.
