THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of September 7, 2011, by and between Dollar Financial Group, Inc., a New York corporation (together with its successors and assigns), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of DFC Global Corp., (collectively referred to herein as “Company”) and Norman Miller (the “Executive”).
