This AMENDED AND RESTATED GLOBAL REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT is made as of June 8, 2011, by and among (i) RYDER SYSTEM, INC., a corporation organized under the laws of Florida (“Ryder”), RYDER TRUCK RENTAL HOLDINGS CANADA LTD. (“Ryder Holdings Canada”), RYDER TRUCK RENTAL CANADA LTD.
