THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of May 19, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), is made between Alliance Bankshares Corporation, a Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”) and Alliance Bank Corporation (the “Bank”) (together, “Alliance”), on the one hand, and Paul M.
