This Agreement is entered into effective as of the 1st day of October, 2008, by and between FIDELITY INVESTMENTS INSTITUTIONAL OPERATIONS COMPANY, INC. (“FIIOC”) and FARM BUREAU LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (“Company”). The previous Service Agreement effective 1st day of October, 2007, between the parties named above is hereby amended and restated in its entirety.
