THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (as may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Loan Agreement”) is dated as of March 21, 2011, by and among THE BON-TON DEPARTMENT STORES, INC.
