(“Borrower”), BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, BNP PARIBAS, as Syndication Agent, SOCIETE GENERALE, as Documentation Agent, Banc of America Securities LLC, BNP Paribas and SG Americas Securities, LLC, as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners, and the Lenders party hereto.
