THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of July, 2010, by and among ATHENS FEDERAL COMMUNITY BANK, a federally-chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), and Jay Leggett, Jr. (the “Executive”), and ATHENS BANCSHARES CORPORATION (the “Corporation”), the holding company of the Bank, solely as guarantor.
