This Amendment No. 2 to Credit Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of April 30, 2010 and effective in accordance with Section 3 below, by and among L-1 IDENTITY SOLUTIONS OPERATING COMPANY (formerly known as L-1 Identity Solutions, Inc.), a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), L-1 IDENTITY SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), each of the other Guarantors, each Lender party hereto, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”) for the Lenders party to the Credit Agreement referred to below.
