THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Amendment”) is made effective as of the 12th day of March, 2010, by and among IMPAX LABORATORIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a Wells Fargo Company (together with its successors and assigns, “Bank”).
