This Amendment No. 1 to Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Amendment”), is made as of the 19th day of March, 2010, by and between Gary A. Kolstad (the “Executive”), and CARBO Ceramics Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
