This Separation Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 28th day of July, 2009, by and between TIM BRUCE (“YOU” or “YOUR”) and DEVELOPERS DIVERSIFIED REALTY CORPORATION (“DDR”). This Agreement also will be binding on YOUR heirs, successors and assigns.
